How information is used when you browse the website, get in touch or arrange training.
Highlighted information awaits external confirmation.
Data controller
Dmytro BOROVYK, EI, is responsible for processing enquiries about his own services. For personal-data matters, use the email address below.
I deal with enquiries personally. When arranging a service, necessary information is also processed by technical services and the relevant providers.
Information used
Enquiries involve the name, contact details, messages, flying experience, goals and proposed travel dates you provide. An agreed service also requires relevant booking, contract and payment information.
Without necessary contact or organisational information, it may be impossible to respond or arrange a service. You do not need to send passport or medical certificate copies in ordinary correspondence. Document checks, medical fitness procedures and parental consent for a minor’s training are handled through the club.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to a programme enquiry and arranging a chosen service are based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract and on its performance. Legitimate interests are relied on to answer general questions, retain necessary context and protect legal rights in a dispute; processing must remain necessary and proportionate. Accounting records are retained to comply with legal obligations.
Further offers of dates or programmes require separate prior consent. You can withdraw it without affecting training or your current enquiry.
Recipients and services
For accommodation bookings in France, your first and last name and the details of the chosen booking are shared with the club or La Clape. For Namibia, Bitterwasser and the selected transfer organiser receive the necessary name, dates, accommodation choice, flight details, telephone number and sometimes email address, rather than the entire correspondence.
Services include Gmail, Google Drive, Telegram, WhatsApp, a server archive on Hetzner Online GmbH infrastructure in Germany and backup tools. Tools including AI assist with correspondence. This is separate from browsing the website: loading a page does not itself send your correspondence or documents to these tools.
The club, accommodation provider and carrier also process information for their own services and applicable obligations. You may request details of the specific recipients and the processing of your enquiry using the contact email.
Transfers outside the EEA
Arranging a trip to Namibia involves sending necessary information to recipients in Namibia. Some technical services may also process information outside the European Economic Area. Keeping the server archive in Germany does not mean that all working copies and services are within the EEA.
You may use the contact email to request information about recipients, countries of processing and applicable safeguards.
Documentary confirmation is needed of the roles, processing terms and international-transfer mechanisms applicable to the services used and recipients in Namibia. Contractual safeguards or a specific derogation are not asserted before this verification.
Retention periods
Retention depends on the purpose: answering an enquiry, arranging and delivering an agreed service, meeting an accounting obligation or retaining necessary evidence in a dispute. Completing training does not itself require deletion of records that must be kept by law, but does not justify keeping all correspondence indefinitely.
For enquiries that do not lead to training and consented further offers, the intended limit is three years after your last substantive contact. Invoices and accounting records must be kept for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year. Individual contractual and evidential records are subject to the applicable obligations and time limits for protecting legal rights; these do not apply to entire conversations.
Automatic age-based deletion of correspondence is not used. Application of the three-year limit to previously accumulated correspondence and backups is not yet complete; this version does not certify their deletion. You may send an erasure or restriction request to the contact email.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Consent may be withdrawn, and you may object to further offers at any time.
Write to the email address below. A response is provided without undue delay, normally within one month. If an extension of up to two further months is needed, you will be informed of it and the reasons within the first month. Identity documents are not requested automatically. You may lodge a complaint with CNIL.
Browsing and cookies
This version has no submission form, user account, online payments, advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and photographs are served by the website itself. Your choice to pause animations is saved in sessionStorage under gliding-motion-paused and is not used for tracking. On your first visit to the home page, the language is selected from your browser settings. Your manual language choice is stored only in this browser in localStorage (gliding-language-v1), is used for one year after selection and is not sent to the server. You can change it using RU/EN/FR or remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
WhatsApp, maps and other external resources open through links. After following a link, the relevant service’s rules apply. The website does not make automated decisions about eligibility for training.
This test copy uses OVHcloud web hosting without an additional CDN. The host processes connection data and keeps technical logs for page delivery, diagnostics and security. OVHcloud also provides server-side visitor statistics; these are not third-party scripts embedded in the pages.
The categories and retention periods of OVHcloud technical data, and the applicable processing terms, are being clarified. No claim is made that IP addresses are not logged or that all data processing takes place exclusively in the EU.
